#1: From the Home Page (screen #1) you select either Buyer or Seller. This then takes you to (screen #2) entering your email address. Next you'll be taken to the Get Started page where you select the Property Type, either A-1 (Improved land), A-2 (Unimproved Land) or A-3 (Agricultural or Natural resources)

#3: Your next three screens, #'s 6, 7 and 8 are the questionnaire for the specific type of property you've selected. Answer every question: Defaults are provided, however for best quality, please answer the questions as accurate as possible.

#4: Normally at the end of the buyer's search questionnaire you will be asked for your credit card info, this is being waived however during the current 60 day Free Introductory Offer Period from NDAXI. Now once a profile is submitted you will then: (a) be notified by email what you entered for your records: (b) a 2nd email notifying you that are matches already or no matches at that time: (c) a 3rd email with your personal information. Next, just sit back and relax, NDAXI will continue to search on your behalf 24/7 until you would choose to delete the profile. Also, feel free to submit an unlimited amount of properties at any time for free. As for the buyer's search profiles, their free to enter until 8/1/09. Please see user guidelines regarding costs.

#5: Confidential Code: NDAXI will never disclose the property or buyer identification to anyone, this is left up to the two agents who match. The confidential code requests are at the end of each questionnaire that appear on the matching advice notices, thus enabling both parties to quickly identify which property or which buyer has matched with them.
