By it's very structure, NDAXI does not deliver any specific details about a member's listings, a member's clients or about an individual member to any third parties. Therefore, CONFIDENTIALITY is a KEY and UNIQUE feature, unmatched by any other program in the marketplace. The Program has Copy- right protection and Patent Application is pending. Any violations of the copyright and patent laws are to be observed and violators will be seriously prosecuted.

UNIQUE NDAXI FEATURES ARE:

1.) Notification to both MATCHEES when a listing and a 'buyer search' have matched

2.) Confidential identification of the member with whom each side has matched

3.) Contact information for each party

4.) The details of the MATCH between the two parties. This means which category selections A through Q that the parties have MATCHED on. The overall %.

NDAXI performs an INTEGRATED ANALYTICAL THRESHOLD WEIGHTED LOGIC (IATWL-Copyright 1980 / 2009) (patent pending 12,378,434) routine with every property profile and every buyer (search) profile. It continuously searches and only considers a match as a 'qualified lead' if Type of Property, Location and Price (range) have matched 100% and a minimum of 82.5 % overall out of 17 questions related to the property. The property identity and the prospective buyer are coded to protect their identity. It is then up to the two matching members to exchange any private information. It is their choice. A major consideration in the initial development of NDAXI was to enable agents to deal with Open Listings as effectively as 'Exclusive' Listings.
